I've never had any issues with this location. I'm always able to find what I need for my current home improvement project and the store itself is well kept.nnToday, my wife and I were helped by an associate in appliances, Billy, and he went out of his way to find stock at a nearby location to ensure that I had the appliance I needed for my new place in a timely manner. Thank you so much!
This past weekend was Labor Day wknd. I was all excited to come in and spend a ridiculous amount on all new doors, windows, and a new AC system....but I was told no one was in millwork as they didn't show up this am. I was told there would be door and window specials. There was one deal. On special order doors and windows.nnI'm not impressed with NO home services sales folks on the floor either. I'll be back to Lowe's because of how you treat us vets! THANK YOU!nnBUT, I really think someone needs to call me (I'm in the Millworks files) to correct this. I think 10% on the products I'm going to buy would be appropriate.
The young man at the paint counter was wonderful! Friendly, pleasant & so helpful! He went above and beyond regular service! I wish I'd got his name! Young, black man. He needs a raise! :-)
Good location for Pooler. Most of the employees I've met are nice and helpful. Appliances aren't always in stock but their ordering system ships to the store quick. One complaint is their lack of perennial plants in the garden section. All they seem to carry are annuals, and not many of those either. If you're doing a landscape project, I recommend you check out local nurseries rather than this Lowe's.
