Straight talk is the worst company to deal with. Firstly they locked all my phones for a year even though I am not getting any discount from them. In fact sometimes you pay more for the device than an unlocked phone. Now you can unlock this after a year, but they have dumb terms and conditions that I am sure you wouldn't know about. My first phone they didn't let me unlock it for some reason me nor straight talk doesn't remember. Then I tried to unlock another phone which they just told me I can't unlock even though I used it for a year and the reason was that I didn't use the phone for more than 60 days. So I have to put a plan on there in order to unlock it.nnI stopped doing it altogether and currently using unlocked phones.nnSecondly Walmart gave me a wrong card, they gave me 35$ card instead of 45$ which I always use. We added it to our plans, when we realized it's the wrong card. They wouldn't refund the money nor let us add 10 dollars to get the plan we want even though the card isn't active yet. I Dont understand their sales at all. They own these cards, why don't they take some money from me to get what I want. I want the 45$plan and not 35$.nnNow I also learn that we are not allowed to use hotspot. Every other companies do that, they either offer hotspot or let you add your tablet onto the plan for a cheaper price.nnIt's funny straight talk gives you money for adding new people to straight talk. I literally said you are going to lose all these people I listed and they didn't care.nnWell, then stay away from them. I warned them that I will let more and more people know about this and they didnt care. So spread the word!
