Great customer service as i have always gotten from Buddy's. This is the 3rd state i have lived in and work with buddys and there by far the best when it comes to payments, price, and working with the customer
I have good credit and can go anywhere but I have dealt with Brooke for years. She is awesome. I also like British. They have always been very pleasant and helpful with me and my family. I would and have recommended buddy's to other people. Keep up the good work..
Wonderful service. The manager was extraordinary. She made feel like I have known my whole life. The prices are reasonable. No price gouging here like Aaron's does.
One of the best rental places around. They are VERY willing to help you out when you keep up with your payments. They will go out of their way and bend over backwards to make sure that you get to keep your stuff. They can be hard when people don't make their payments, especially if you stop communicating with them. But if you respect and pay when it's time, they will absolutely be there when things are tuff and you are stuck. All stores should have staff and managers like that.
The store is small. The staff inside the store are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Customer Service while in store is awesome, on the other hand when your rental payment ends up on a Monday but you don't get paid till that Friday and you let them know who ever is on the phone tries to tell you can't wait and then threaten legal action. Note to Mangers at Buddy's not all customers are thieves. Also the delivery guys are amazing, friendly and very respectful.
