This is definitely a scratch and dent store as we were reminded by the owner himself, Dave. The salesman, Robert, assured us that we were buying a new Kitchen aide refrigerator in a crate with no defects. We live two blocks from the store and for some reason the day it was to be delivered, our refrigerator went to Atlanta first. They of course got stuck in traffic and it wasn’t delivered. When it was delivered it had a big dent in the bottom freezer door. I called Robert and he said that they would come change it out. The owner Dave brought out a new door and it had a big scratch down the middle. I told him that we paid $2200 for a new appliance and didn’t expect defects. After trying to get the scratch out with some stainless steel cleaner that I had on hand, It still didn’t come out and he proceed to tell us that his store was a scratch and dent store. He told us a year ago that he would change it out again. After multiple calls to our salesman Robert and excuses about the virus and a year from our delivery we have given up! Just wanted to warn people about their service and products. Be sure to buy the service agreement since our ice maker is already having issues.

We had a great experience while in the actual store. Greeted, shown models. We bought a refrigerator with one dent that we knew about. We were told the appliances worked, all pieces would be included (handles weren't on the fridge, but were sitting on top) and it was basically just scratch and dent deal, no internal problems. Once it was delivered and installed by Dave's, I followed directions to get the water and ice dispenser up and running. Water began leaking out of the entire dispenser and not out of the water tube. I called customer service and they said they would call me back. They never did. We also realized that we did not get a kick plate with our fridge, exposing the bottom of the fridge. Upon inspecting the water line, we realized that it had been repaired and cut, which means it is shorter. We were able to fix the leaking water issue on our own. We also bought a kick plate ourselves. When we attempted to install the kick plate, more issues arose. We had to make modifications to the kick plate due to the modifications that were made to the water line, either by Dave's or who they bought it from. Oh and back to the short water line tube... we have to point our cups a certain way to catch the water bc of the way it is sitting in its housing. If it had slack, we could adjust that too. Legit $400 more and I could have bought this exact model brand new with no issues. I understand I have some sort of 1 year warranty, yet all the documentation I have is my handwritten Dave's receipt and a sticker on the inside of the fridge. No user manual. I may have to use it if the buzzing sounds don't stop. Save your money and don't shop at Dave's Junk Yard. Unless you like to gamble!

Abby K. was so incredibly helpful and kind. I got a great deal on a fridge, washer, and dryer! The 90 day payment plan offer is great.nnI wanted to pick up my appliances and Abby ensured that the products were tested and packed up ready to go! :)nnI had some guy friends help pick up my appliances and they unfortunately didn't have as great of an experience as I did.nnBut I'm super happy with everything overall!!!

I had a great experience at Dave’s Kitchen Appliances. I was met at the door by a polite salesman named George. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and did not rush me through explaining all the different stove and dishwasher options. I ended up ordered the next day and am looking forward to my new appliances. Thank you George!

Highly recommend Dave’s Appliances! The buying process several years ago was great. Went back with an issue this weekend with the dryer after the manufacturer warranty expired and Dave himself was very helpful to my Mom. It was wonderful to know that my Mom was treated so well and that this business cares about customers.
