Very nice. I also appreciate a worker asked a gentleman to put a mask on that came in without one. Very good to them. I had a bourbon butter pecan and an apple cinnamon sundae which were both good.
Went here for the 1st time & wow!! This ice cream is excellent!!nI got the new flavor, Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan, oh my!!!nSoooo good if you love Bourbon. Hopefully this flavor sticks around!!
Had the kids in the car and wanted to take advantage of the curb side. Person on the phone said just go to the web site and order there and we will bring it right out. Nope.... Said I Needed to down load the app then verify email which brings you to an online order form then you can go back to the app or try online I assume. Got the wrong order and activated a free cone that has a count down to use. Ended up having to go inside twice, so much for curbside. All other experiences at graeter's has been great, love their chocolate and the ice cream.
The store was clean and the store workers were nice. The ice cream was delicious too.
Graeter's has a good atmosphere and nice employees. The price is high for what you get. The ice cream is made to be too soft. You can barely get to the door before it is melting. Very messy. Great flavor and you can always find a few unusual flavors and be adventurous.
