We LOVE nothing Bundt cakes! Had it a few times for work and been great every time. Picked up an order the day before Mother’s Day and waited a few minutes which we expected because it was packed, but the employees were so attentive and kind. The parking lot was parked and they had everyone in and out pretty quickly.
Disappointed in the lack of welcome. I have had almost all of their products and today the product was dry. The reason I came in was to get a moist treat. Also I asked for a fork to eat my treat with and as I am looking a 100s of them on the counter, the girl tells me that those are for use for something else. I bought many other items that were overpriced as well, yet I can't even get a plastic fork. Won't be back.
The customer service was five stars but the cakes were not. Definitely nothing we'll try again. Also, cream cheese icing does not belong on all cakes. Very disappointing
Stopped in just to try their Bundtinis. They have a variety of flavors and are reasonably priced.
Been getting cakes here since they opened and they only keep getting better
