We bought luxury vinyl flooring from Carpet Shack and Kim made the experience so easy and stress free. She brought many samples to our home, and graciously accommodated our work schedules. Found this gem online while searching for the same flooring I used 4 years ago. My local Melbourne folks did not carry it, but Kim and Carpet Shack found it for me, and at a great price!nKim was knowledgeable and friendly and went out of her way to meet my needs, including meeting me where I was in Orlando for delivery! I will definitely recommend and use Carpet Shack again!
