Tried to speak to them today the lady who answered the phone didn't have a clue about what she was representing I gave her the tile color, the batch code, the size, of a tile they actually installed in our warehouse 2 weeks ago, the only thing I wanted was to buy an extra box of the same because we have some damaged tile when moving in.nSo she gave me various transfers to voice mail none of whom were available and after calling her back for over a 2hour period could not get her to pick up the phone.nSo having said that form you're own opinion
