The counter guy has a serious attitude problem. Slamming all my brand new parts into a box being rude. I would not recommend having this guy take care of your expensive plumbing parts he obviously doesn't care. Value customer or not valued?

I could not have had a better experience than I did with Broedell at their Longwood location. I have a 3B 2 1/2 B bath home that needs everything... from bathtub to bathroom fixtures, toilets and accessories to kitchen and utility sinks and faucets. It felt overwhelming, but Quinn (customer service/ sales person extraordinaire) made it a painless and straightforward job. First asking my needs and budget -- then making solid recommendations. The estimating process was swift and professional and she provided all the specs and options quickly and accurately. As we refined the order and made selections, she was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Overall, great selection, customer service and products.

Broedell's showroom is beautiful. Quinn greeted us warmly and was amazing in guiding us to good decisions for our bathroom remodel. She makes it all seamless. So much more pleasant than shopping at big box stores. Much better quality and choices--and the help of someone who knows what she's doing. Old fashioned customer service is alive and well at Broedell! This was my first time in the store, and now it will be my first choice for my kitchen and bath projects. Thank you Quinn!

We took on a big challenge to remodel 2 bathrooms at the same time. We had stopped by the big box home stores and did not find anyone that could help us or knew all the things we needed. We knew what we wanted to do but did not have knowledge of what it entailed. Then we went to Broedell Plumbing Supply in Longwood and ran into Janelle Schwartz. They have a beautiful showroom and samples of some of the most unique hardware, plumbing needs anywhere. Janelle was amazing. After we decided our direction she put together everything. We would have been lost without her. Yes there were hiccups as there is with any project this large but Janelle always found a way to work through them. We have also discovered there is a quality difference even in the same manufacturer between what is offered at the big box stores and high quality plumbing supply houses. The big box stores have items made to their specifications to meet a certain price points that is not the same as other products in the line.
