We wanted new granite countertops for our Kitchen. We had been to most of the granite places in our area we tried out EZ Cabinets. Wanted a certain color and style and they sent us to a large granite warehouse in Melbourne fl we found what me wanted. They shipped to EZ. EZ made a template from our countertops and preceded to cut and shape our new custom countertops. They installed the countertops in one day. They looked and fitted perfectly. EZ had the best price we found and were very happy with the finished countertops. I recommend them even though they are a small company they do good work. ud83eudd17

I went in the week before christmas to get a quote on kitchen countertops. Two weeks later, we still had not heard back from them. Our contractor called them and they said they were closed due to the holidays. Which is fine. We waited another week and still have not gotten a price from them. If they are this unreliable at the beginning, I would not count on them to do a good job if hired. Remodels are stressful enough. A company that lacks communication from the beginning is not something I want to deal with.

We had a small job where we were having a remnant cut in order to cover a half wall in our living room. During my check and double check of the measurements needed, I added a bit to the rim in the back of the wall but didn't add it to the overall length, so it was definitely my fault when the first cut was a bit off. I called and they were eager to help me alleviate the problem. They added a small piece to the existing cut for me in order to make the right fit and did so without any drama. How rare is it that a vendor is willing to make a problem go away even when it wasn't their fault. Well done EZ, and we'll be talking about replacing kitchen countertops next year when we return. Because they were so helpful, we wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. We went to the office twice and selected cabinets & granite based on the price quoted by one of the owners. We requested a written quote but did not get one so we went back to their office a third time. After that meeting we were emailed a quote that was over 40% higher than we were told previously. When we questioned the quote we were told by the receptionist that everything has gone up and it is not under their control??? The owner would not return our phone calls and would not talk to us on our fourth and final visit to their office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS.
