Wesley is AMAZING!! Highly recommend him.nAs soon as I walked in he greeted me and made sure he was available to help. He answered my million questions about the bed I was purchasing. I went to sleep number before and left because of poor customer service. If I ever need any thing again I’m going back to see Wesley. He definitely took care of me. Super polite, knowledgeable, and friendly!!
Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. They helped us pick out the best bed and adjustable base to match our new furniture. Wesley was great. He took the time to go over all options with me and my wife. Measured beds to make sure they would fit in the spaces needed, and showed us a variety of beds in all price ranges. He had knowledge of older discontinued beds to help us make comparisons and decision on what he’d to get for ourselves. Will definitely continue to work with and recommend Wesley. Great job!
One thing to say..... MR. T!!! Literally went in and purchased a mattress in less than an hour. I felt understood and he was extremely knowledgeable. Knew what kind of mattress I was going to like. Fantastic service. Efficient, quick and to the point! For someone like myself who has very little patience, the interaction and engagement was perfect. Thank you!
We have been Mattress Firm clients for the past 10 years. As our family grows, they are always our go to store. Jessica, the manager at the Port St. Lucie store, is always incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond to help us find new mattresses for our split king bed. She listened to my concerns and suggested the perfect mattress for us.
