It seems more and more that I can't get what I'm going there for.
Very nice and cleaner then other big box places
Bought a mailbox there. Went back again to buy the wood post. They had the correct wood but said they were not allowed to cut it to the size I needed even when offering to pay for the entire piece. Went to Home Depot and they cut it easily. Why would you sell a mailbox and not provide the post it needed?? Very disappointed.
Went to Lowe’s in Jensen Beach, FL to buy a complete kitchen set (appliances). Getting ready to spend $7k and the employees couldn’t get the order figured out. After 20 min I walked out on the sale.nnThen went to Lowe’s in St. Lucie West, Fl. Ordered a stove, microwave and a dishwasher. Stove was delivered the next day. Thursday was told the stove and dishwasher are at the store and would be getting a call for delivery and install. Friday was told the delivery and install would be on Saturday, between 1-5. Low and behold, no one showed up. Called the store and asked to speak to manager and after 20 min no one came to the phone. What a disgrace this company has become.
Department workers are far from helpful and not willing to help. Asked for quote on windows and doors and says they can't help in the store only at home visit. Seems like this day in age someone should be able to get a rough estimate on windows so they are not wasting everyones time. Walked in and clearly I was inconvenicing the associate who was less than impressed I was asking for help. Clearly wanting to go home and take care of customers for a job that is over 10K.
