Shawn was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very kind and still was able to give us some hard truths about buying a mattress. He made accommodations for us and really listened to our problems. Great service. Long process (when you don’t know what you want), but it’s worth it.
Sean was great from the get go! We were there just to buy our grandson his first big boy bed but Sean led us in the right direction with a great mattress at a great price! Hes probably the best salesman we've had at mattress firm where we usually buy all our mattresses! As a matter of fact we will be going back to the Saint Lucie West store here soon to buy a new mattress for us and will use Sean again! Hes great at what he does! Fantastic service! Purchasing a new mattress is such an important decision, and Sean took the time to explain everything that I needed to know in order to choose the right one for me. He really tuned in to my needs, answered all of my questions, and helped me make a selection that was great quality and affordable! Go see Sean if you are looking to replace that old mattress!!
Today I bought a beautiful adjustable bed from STEVE! He was the nicest, kindest knowledgeable, informative man I have ever met! Steve went into great detail about what I was looking for! He explained all the different types of mattresses, and how each one was different from the others: Are you a side sleeper or a back sleeper? This one helps this , but not that! What a fantastic person! And to make my shopping experience even better I’ll have my bed in two days! Mattress Firm is sooooo lucky to have Steve representing their company! Went in with a lot of aches and pains my fiancee and I advise Sean on what our issues were as well as what we were looking for and he was very helpful while also helping stay withen our budget. Our new king size bed with adjustable base will be delivered tomorrow and we cant wait. Big thanks again to Sean for is excellent help & customer service.
