Smith products is the way to go for custom kitchen cabinets. They are reasonably priced and affordable. Their service is above and beyond. Todd called us throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied. Todd even met before hand several times with our contractor to ensure the measurements were accurate. If you have any problems Todd will go out of his way to fix or replace anything.

My wife and I sincerely appreciate the 'above and beyond' service provided by the entire Smith Products team before, during and after the installation of our new kitchen. Our kitchen is the talk of the neighborhood. It is the most functional kitchen we’ve ever owned. Your design team did an excellent job making the kitchen both beautiful and user friendly.nRachel was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of your manufacturing process coupled with her ‘think out of the box’ approach to layout and design was very much appreciated. Mike and the installation crew are true professionals. From the removal of the old cabinets to the installation of the new, everything proceeded on schedule and in a very timely manner. The unsung heroes are in the manufacturing side of the company. It was truly a blessing to work with Smith products. They listened to every detail when designing our cabinetry in our entire home. Companies like this don’t exist anymore! If we had to describe our experience and our cabinetry in one word, it would be magnificent!

The only thing more impressive than their customer service is the quality of their work. From the initial design/dream session with their staff to the final “unveiling” of the finished product, Smith Products’ professionalism and attention to detail was second to none ensuring everything turned out perfectly for our entire family.nnNever in a million years would I have believed that I would shed a tear when seeing a finished piece of furniture for the first time. However, I could not control my emotions during our family’s final reveal.
