We went to find some lighted garlands for Christmas. I had seen them advertised at Michael's for about $6 more. We ended up buying 2 garlands for $10 each because they were long enough and good quality. They had lots of Xmas decorations and we'll probably go back for more! The store was clean and required masks.
This store is great.. employees are what makes it stand out. From the wonderful cashier greeting to clean bathrooms
Bought a recliner chair for my Dad and husband!! The ladies in the back loaded me up and make sure you got a big lots card cause u also get discount!! Excellent place to shop for all needs!!!
It used to be an ok place to shop at but unfortunately my last visit was a bad experience. We bought a new bed frame and box spring but when we got home I realized we wouldn't need the box spring. I called to question the Covid 19 return policy and someone claiming to be the store manager said we would normally be able to return it but we were given the wrong frame by a clerk and that we cannot return the box spring due to the clerk given us the wrong frame. I asked to speak to his manager, he would not, he said he was the store manager and gave me a 1-866 number to speak to corporate but that was a dead end. Maybe that guy is just having a bad day or this is just how the store is run today. Either way I wouldn't buy anything that you may need to return later like furniture.
Hadn't visited since the pandemic started. I loved the new layout. We were greeted when we walked in. I was disappointed in the halloween decor and candy selection. Employees were friendly, shelves were well maintained, and the store was clean.
