We recently had the pleasure of working with Blackburn’s Interiors and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. I knew that I wanted vinyl plank throughout the entire house, but I had no idea of what type or even what color. Fortunately, Jarrod did a great job of helping me to make those decisions and in no time our order was placed, and our installation scheduled.nnSince our current floors included carpet, laminate, sheet vinyl, and ceramic tile, I knew the demo and floor prep would be a challenge, but Blackburn’s Interiors was up to the task! Chuck and Nick consistently took the time and effort needed to ensure that the existing flooring was removed correctly, and the subfloor properly prepared so that the installation of our beautiful vinyl plank flooring was flawless. We are new to the area and needed to replace the carpets and some flooring in the new home we bought. We visited several places looking for a quality product. We finally got a referral to Blackburn's, from one of their former employees who was working at another store, interestingly enough. As soon as we walked in the door and started talking to Matt, we knew that our search was over. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and SO VERY patient as we worked through the process of making our choices. He did the measurements himself and did not overestimate like other places had done. He actually tried his best to save us money!! It was so refreshing to work with an honest salesman and a business that clearly believes in making all parties to the transaction happy.nAs it turned out, we ended up with a manufacturer's defect in a piece of carpet. Blackburn's went to bat for us and was able to get it replaced and re-installed at no expense to us! We could not be more pleased with the service and after the sale care that this business provides.
From the beginning stages of choosing the right floors for our home, scheduling our installation, and completing the flooring, the staff at Blackburn’s was beyond helpful and professional. We are extremely happy with the luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet we chose, but even more pleased with the precision and expertise the installers had when installing our beautiful floors.
