I went to the rental department today and was helped by Mary! She was simply the best! I needed to rent a carpet cleaner and she not only got the carpet cleaner for me, she showed me how to use it, and also recommended some really good carpet cleaner might I say. One of the gentlemen in rental was nice enough to put the machine in the car for me but unfortunately it had water in it and it leaked all over my backseat. Mary gave me the choice to select one of their machines to clean it, but it needs to be detailed anyways so I told her that, that was okay. She explained to the gentleman what happened and even though he did not apologize for it, Mary was very attentive and displayed remarkable customer service. I know the gentleman did not intentionally put the machine in my car to wet my seats but when something like that happens it good customer service to apologize for the inconvenience...but Mary apologized for it all and made it right and I appreciate it. She is the best! I definitely will be back. I’ve never really shopped at Home Depot until today
This store has made a complete turnaround in customer service. Aside from the person at the front door on his telephone, every other employee was there to help.
Big improvement on the employees working up front for pickups and returns. Really like night and day. The young kids always willing to help also with loading. Made me change my prior review about this HomeDepot.
Crissie in the Paint department was able to get me exactly what I needed. (Even when I wasn't a 100% sure what I needed) She was able to match the Paint I needed, and displayed great customer service!nnShe is definitely Assistant Manager material!!
Finally found great customer service with Danny.nmy new ryobi grinder failed to release the special order wood carving disc, and Danny C. finished the customer service experience like a professional.
