Saleswoman Cynthia was fantastic. She asked questions about my sleep habits and was very direct about the pros and cons of the various mattresses. She actually talked me out of one that I was leaning toward, saying it would be too firm for me. I bought a less firm mattress, and I will say, she was right. Anything firmer would have been uncomfortable. She knows her job and is is insightful and friendly. Bed Pros is fortunate to have Cynthia on their team. I also liked that they are locally owned, not a chain store.
My husband and I were in need of a replacement mattress fast. Tony hooked us up! We told him our budget and found what we were looking for.
