This is a very nice store. The products are obviously good quality,and their wall art sculptures are beautiful. But the prices are very high.nGoogle maps lists them as $$. When talking furniture, I don't know how that translates, but I'd put it at $$$$. Most items aren't priced, a small sofa was priced at $4,000+.
I vistited the Bronze Lady as I prefer to buy local whenever possible. I was in the store on a Thursday & there were 3 other customers (a couple & 1 lady) besides myself. No one greeted or acknowledged me in any way. After looking around the store for about 10-15 minutes I left without any one ever speaking to me. I went elswhere & ordered my sectional. Guess they didn't need my business, so much for buying local!
Great collection of coastal-themed furniture and accessories! Friendly and helpful staff make it an enjoyable shopping experience.
Definitely a lovely selection of indoor and outdoor furniture. We bought 8 pieces of the Berlin Collection outdoor furniture a few years ago and have been very pleased with it. It looks great after all these years of being in the hot Florida sun and is so comfortable! We had a minor issue with our glider, an arm broke. I called and Derek ordered the part and he installed it without any hassles. I’m all about great customer service and that’s how I judge whether or not I will shop again at an establishment or recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Derek for your attentiveness and great customer service!
I have yet to stay here, I have been at the place. It looks very nice & everybody I met who was staying therentruly enjoyed it.nI look forward to finding a rental here.
