I am thrilled and overjoyed with the experience I’ve had with Mattress Firm, specifically because of Tom Chase at the Largo Mall location. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He explained everything we needed to know about every mattress we were interested in and he made sure we were getting a fantastic deal. Unfortunately, we did experience some unfavorable circumstances with delivery and I understand that these things happen sometimes, but Tom did everything to make it right. I now have the bed of my dreams and I’m more than satisfied. I absolutely recommend everyone to see Tom at Mattress Firm if you’re looking for an easy and pleasant mattress buying experience.
I had a really wonderful customer service experience while mattress shopping!! Mark was so helpful,friendly and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is the third bed I have bought from this location because they take great care of me! 1st bed didn't work out but the exchange process was flawless and now have the best I ever owned!! (Beautyrest Hybrid Jennings). Just bought another one for the guest room! Also bought mom a Sterns & Foster that she adores. Will definitely go back if I ever need another one because I get the best price and they go out of their way to make it a great experience.
This location deserves every one of these stars. After a long day of relocating from St. Thomas, we came to get a mattress set & Tom Chase was so friendly & efficient. Really narrowed it down to what we would be comfortable on. As well as saving us tons of money! We have never been through the process of purchasing a mattress before & I would highly recommend going to this location. These guys are great!
We received great assistance with Paul helping us selecting a mattress. We ended up with an adjustable base because of the great prices and options provided. Did not spend as much as I thought we would, which is a HIGE bonus. Paul was absolutely great addressing questions on each bed we tested. He provided paper protectors for pillows when we sampled mattresses.nnIt was a great experience!
