Managers take care of customers, employees are very helpful and tentative
I needed a piece of wood and stood by the wood cutting station for 10 minutes while listening to another customer complaining about how this was the worst run store while he was picking out lumber. I eventually went to the cashier and asked for help. He said he would help in a little bit. I waited again by the wood cutting area. Then I saw that his line was gone and so was the other cashiers line and they were standing next to each other talking. I went to ask again if I could get my wood cut. The second cashier didn’t know if the would cut the wood or not since it was a 2x2 6 foot board. They asked the wood manager who said yes to the cashier and then walked away. No body did anything to get me help. The manager went to his desk and sat down. After a minute he came back and without looking at me said someone would be there. He never looked or addressed me. I went back to the wood cutting station and waited again. Still no one. The other customer who said it right. This is the worst run store ever
I'm remodeling 2 bathrooms. Need everything! Probably $3,000 or more. Waited 30 minutes to order shower doors. Talked to 3 employees. All tried to find a guy named Pete. Finally left. Told two people upfront I was going to Home Depot. They didn't try to stop me. What a sorry excuse for a business.
Great place for home repairs, employees assist me with loading plywood. Employees actually take you to find an item you ask for...instead of just pointing a finger. Pleasant shopping experience here and will be back.
