Great experience. Went in to shop for an extra bedroom mattress. It was quick, easy, and inexpensive compared to the stores we stopped at beforehand. They had multiple options within our price range, even a couple in the box options we could’ve left with in person. We ended up purchasing a mattress that they scheduled for free delivery within two days.nnThe whole process took 10 minutes because we had great customer service and a large selection. I highly recommend this store as we did stop in at three other mattress stores in the area and didn’t find what we needed.
My wife and I are repeat customers, and we went to a local store thinking that no one would acknowledge us. But John remembered us from another store and the previous purchase. He looked up our purchase, which was essential for us because we were buying an adjustable split-king frame. He walked us through the many options, and gave us an excellent price. We highly recommend the store and the sales team.
I had not bought bedding for several years and therefore didn't know much about the advances in products made through the years. My salesperson, John Slanoviec was most helpful in describing and demonstrating. It is obvious that John is very knowledgeable and is also most helpful in assisting me in making a decision. The store itself is spacious and the bedding is displayed very well. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
This mattress firm store has excellent customer service. We worked with John Slanovec recently to resolve an issue with our mattress we bought last April. He worked a deal that met our expectations and now we have a new hybrid mattress arriving in a few days. Companies that step up to resolve a situation when you need it most are the ones we like doing business with and Mattress firm at this location is one of those great companies.
