Never had a worse experience in my life at this place no one to be found to help me took me ten minutes to actually find someone and when I did he was very rude and acted like he didn’t care trying to rush me out the door even know I was there to buy a 500 dollar desk chair and 1000 dollar desk but why would be care the money wasn’t going to him. I will drive to Clearwater next time I have to come here even know I live 2 minutes away from this one. If I could give zero stars I would I would give them negative 5

Found the cashier staff to be very unwelcoming and rude. I came in to pickup a printer and they had me wait. I waited for a long time and they did not offer to check on the order and kind of stood around waiting for other customers.nnFinally I just went I another employee (Kyle) who actually helped me.nnJust based on the first time experience coming to pickup an order, Office Depot has definitely lost a customer who will get way better customer service buying from Amazon!nnAlso they have a UPS on their shelf that has its box totally crushed. Like a customer is going to buy that... come on guys. Do better!

Printing postcards. Said 7-10 days. After ordering it said expected delivery date 17 days.nNo answers on chat. Said live chat but did not answer my question.nStore employees really rude!!!

Great experience here. I had contact. With three different employees and all three were very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks all.

They kept one of my hard drives when I didn't give them permission to do so.i bought a new Dell and they told me the data transfer would be $45.00.3 hours later he left a message that his supervisor gave him hell for only. Getting $45.00. She wanted to charge $100.00 or more. The next day which was black Friday. I got my money back except they tore my old computer apart..
