Dillards has a surprising selection and quality customer service. What the lack in price limitation they make up for in overall experience. Its a must go, and is perfect for getting that once in a while purchase! I'd go again and I highly recommend it to quality shoppers.
I found the PERFECT shoe.. on sale but wrong size. The lovely gentleman (Edit: I found out his name is Jarred) in shoes checked other locations.. found my size AND happily called and put a hold on them while I continued to shop! Amazing service, thank you!nnWhen the other size was too small, I called back today and Jarred remembered me and saved the shoes at his location. Way above and beyond. Specifically, this review is regarding the AMAZING soul who manages the women's intimates department. Her name is Kim and she is crazy good. Professional, friendly and knowledgable; she's great in every way. I'm 52 years old and she has literally helped me dress for every occasion! She'll find what works!
