Really nice employee at this sunglass hut, took her time and did not rush me. Let me try on multipal frames and was very pleasant.
I bought a pair of Maui Jim’s for over 250 from Macy’s Sunglass Hut store. I went to return them to a defect in the product. I am still within the 90 day period of a returnable item. MACYS completely disregarded the fact that they were purchased there. Even though I clearly have a MACYS receipt and the item says return to MACYS. They called sunglass hut sent me there. I immediately addressed MACYS management. They also completely disregarded the receipt from MACYS saying that they lease the space to sunglass hut. So after a 30 minute waste of time convo. I went to SGH. They immediately handed me a bag and a box saying to send it myself to Maui Jim. I pay the postage and a 10.00 processing fee. More to come as I have no choice but to send them out. Macys corporate will be hearing about this.
Nice selection of designer glasses. At times can get good discounts worth checking out.
