..PLEASE READ..nnI used to work at this Ross location years ago. Nothing wrong I can say about this store, people please read my review. The store isn't trashy because of disorganizing, it's because customers don't know how to put things back, kids play with toys, we worked hard keeping the store clean and organized. We organized the store after closing, takes at least 2 hours after closing before we go home. To those complaining that the store is a mess. It isn't the associates, its the customers. Yes the store gets empty it isn't running out of business, it's what is ordered and how much in the budget gets ordered. It is hard running one register when super busy, be understanding. The manager is running the backrooms helping unloading trucks, and making sure merchandise is on the floor for the next customers. I enjoyed working at this store, I can go on about it. Thank you

Great Rock bottom bargain prices at every available items. Good, clean store, lots of room to move around without bumping into someone or something. Only, set back they need to have a wider selection of items. Not enough selections to choose.

I wish I had good things to say about this Ross but I don't. Every time I'm here there's only one cashier doing purchases while the others are doing returns. There isn't a big enough sign that says for returns or purchases and yes you have to stand in the right line or they will give you a hard time about it. They need to come up with a better method for this. None of the cashiers have greeted or thanked me here. None of them ever smile either. A smile goes a long way in customer service. I also got to say that the selection of items here isn't that great. This location needs to step their game up!

This is one of those places you have to kind of really being lucky they don't have a lot of stuff but when they do you can get great bargains just being very few and far between they need a bump it up a little bit with their styles of cologne underwear men's needs you know gay guys up there too

This place is one of those hit or miss places sometimes there's really nice things sometimes there isn't. But Prices are always great. Tried to exchange a pair of jeans I bought during the pandemic 3 months ago. Dressing rooms were closed so ofcourse pants didn't fit cause I couldn't try them on. I was told I could return them at the time but when I tried to do the return in new condition with the tags I was DENIED, I couldn't believe it then the cashier said she would give me 49 cents for pants I paid $29.99 + tax for. So I would say only buy things you know for sure your going to keep or fit as their return policy didn't make sense to me. That was one experience I had at this ROSS location.
