When we first walked in to Ashley furniture we had no intention of buying anything. We were there only to look. After about seven or eight minutes somebody came over and acknowledged us and told us that they would get a sales person to help us. I didn’t mind that they weren’t there when we entered the store in fact I was quite grateful that we were able to look by ourselves for a while. After a minute into a gentleman by the name of Antony came over and offered to assist us. I can’t begin to tell you the amazing service he gave us. We told him what we needed and what we wanted and he found the perfect chair. I have back and neck issues and I needed something that would address those since I spend most of my time sitting in the chair. Anthony was not only fair but he was a true gentleman. He worked on the least expensive way for us to make the purchase based on ournneeds. By the time we left we had not only purchased the seating but we made a new friend. And as we got in the car I looked at my husband and said “You should hire Antony. He would be a great employee. That’s the kind of customer service I like

My experience was great and my associate was awesome. I’ve shopped there in the past and I received text alerts and messages from my sales Rep Johnny. He alerts me whenever there is a sale or promotion . This time they were having 20 percent off home accents. I bought a 3 piece flower pot set and love it.

I love going to Ashley & City Furniture in Wellington. The staff are all soo pleasant & you really do feel at home. Michael was AMAZING, he listened to our needs & wants & didn't push us into something that we didn’t want like some sales people do. Another great thing that i love about this store, they also deliver & put your furniture together. My family & I always come to the Wellington store. Thank you Michael!
