This place was exceptional! They went above and beyond for my grandmother. Everything from the little details to tending to my siblings and I to ensure that we were well taken care of. If you are looking for excellent, thoughtful and courteous care go there!

If you're looking for professional and responsible individuals, avoid this place. This is my honest review in regards to the service i received from this funeral home. Very rude and unprofessional. They laid my father to rest since May and the owner never got back to us for the death certificate. We had to call him several times. He wouldn't pick up nor return our calls, we left voice mails and he never called us back. When we finally got in touch with him end of June he said he received the paper and will email it to us, weeks later (July 23) he never did, and I kept calling him and leaving voice messages, and he wouldn't call us back. I finally got angry and left him a last voice mail, not even an hour later he sent a screenshot of the death certificate (so disrespectful and unprofessional) like which business send you screenshot of important papers??? I was baffled and decided to post my review here to save everyone from this unprofessional business. Dude even overcharged us, which I can't even understand.

11.30.2019- my family and I laid my father to rest here in the US. He passed away in Haiti on 11.8.2019. When I called Emmanuel around 8pm that Saturday night-Jules answered. He was a beacon of light since then and even now as I'm typing this. He was there through the whole process. Guiding us as if he knew my dad personally. Jules, to me will always be part of my family. I never imagined I would need funeral services for my dad but I'm glad we chose Emmanuel. I will always choose Emmanuel.

At first I was unsure but jewels provided an exceptional and professional ceremony. I cannot explain how nervous I was it wouldnt go well, but Emmanuel funeral home over exceeded my expectations. They have done my grandmother, uncle, and now my mother. Every ceremony held was wonderful, blocking i95 for my grandmother. Also horse and carriage, the band, and the limo for my mother. I could not ask for more.
