We like Leader's Casual Furniture store in Delray Beach. We bought outdoor furniture there for our newly purchased house. We have a great shopping experience with Joanne Cooper. Joanne looks at each customer walking through the door as an important client and does everything she can to ensure excellent shopping experience. She is super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, patient and very friendly. We really like her working style. She made the difference for us with her friendly attitude, focus on our needs in a professional manner and ability to solve our problem quickly. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I went into the store on three different occasions over a three week period to try and get prices for replacement cushions for out door furniture. Each time they took my information down and all the details of what I was looking for (completely new bench seat cushions). Each time they told me they would contact me when they could give me a price. The first two times, they told me that the one person who makes new cushions was very backed up and had not had the time to look at my request. Today, I called and was informed that they do not make back seat cushions for a bench. Thank you for wasting three weeks of my time. Will definitely steer friends and family somewhere else.

I bought a unique accent furniture piece. A book shelf that had the shape of a ud83dudef6. Yes a canoe. It was beautiful. Sales lady was helpful.
