It Lowe's do I need to say anymore
The visit started as a disaster: I was driving for an hour because I called in advance and confirmed if the item I needed was in stock, and upon arrival was told that the item wasn't in stock. Customer service employee Larisa was super helpful, attentive, sweet and nice. She helped us out and saved the day. 5 star feedback only because of her.
We ordered 4 matching appliances at the same time to be delivered to our new address. Two were delivered quickly two were back ordered. Now more than a month later we are told the back ordered appliances are being delivered to our old address. How do you mess up the address when everything was ordered on the same day through the same person. The delivery company told us they could not change the address that we had to go through Lowes. Seven disconnected calls later we finally get a store manager who puts us on hold three times then tells me he will have to call me back after he does some “research” in the system. Really? More then 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. I’ve been a loyal high paying costumer for years. No more.
A customer service helper named AIDA treated me with a lot of kindness and tender loving care. Unfortunately the two base cabinets we ordered became unglued when they were getting them off the shelves. So the rest of the order didn't matter because they were just auxiliaries to the base cabinets. I'm Very grateful for all of the excellent people that contribute to the Lowes experience. Tina was very kind as well. It was her last day. Go Tina.
I want to share my experience I’ve had with Lowe’s this past week. I enjoy shopping there. My first big purchase was a washer and dryer. Carolina in appliances was very patient with me. I’m impressed since I have changed my mind about 3 times. Then it was time to pay. I went to the register where Jody the cashier was amazing as well. She was very informative and helped me save more by opening a Lowe’s card. I will be shopping here again. This kind of customer service is well appreciated.
