If I could give zero stars, I would.nI bought a mattress about six weeks ago, and within that evening, the mattress sank in. I called the next morning and they said it’s because I needed to buy their box spring. I complied bought their box spring and they gave me a new mattress. The following evening, the mattress began to sink in.. AGAIN. I called and now they tell me that this is normal wear and tare. They will not give me my money back, they just want more money from me to get a different mattress. I’m done with this company, and highly recommend that you do not make the same mistake I did by walking into this store! I’ve learned a big lesson!!
Reggie helped us with purchasing a new bed and was fantastic! He was such a huge help without being overbearing or pushy. Also extremely knowledgeable and was willing to work within our budget.
Great customer service!!! Frank was awesome! Very informative, we went in thinking we wanted a very soft bed and he said with our back issues the firm was the better option. Really opened our eyes the difference it made. He was very friendly, didn’t push us to buy anything crazy or over our price range! Will def refer a friend to comenIn a do business with him again!!
