I absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating, the facilities are clean, safe and very secure. More secure than what I've seen with most storage facilities. I've been with them for over a year and I cannot stress enough how happy and satisfied I am with Simply Self Storage in Altamonte. Thanks guys, you all are awesome!

Hey, it’s John! I love Simply Storage of Altamonte Springs, Florida because the facility is well kept and clean. The customers I encounter are classy and respectful- as with the staff. When entering the office you are likely to be met by Gilberto along with other staff who will make you feel at peace and comfortable about your personal items and effects you can expect to stay secure while housed on this property. I recommend Simply Storage of Altamonte to anyone looking to store the property at this HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

I've been renting a 10 x10 unit at the Altamonte Spring FL Simply Self-storage for about 18 months. Gilberto and the staff are friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile (under their covid masks). Once I asked Gilberto to cut of a Brinks lock that a key was stuck in. Instead he fixed it, like new! Great service! I feel safe and secure while on the property. It is always clean and without critters. Not even any droppings. I am on the ground floor of a climate controlled unit. The buildings are clean, dry and comfortable inside. It would be nice if there were motion-activated lighting within each unit, but I understand why they do not. The light in the hallway is sufficient and I bring a lantern into my unit, if I need to snoop around inside my boxes. I can generally find a sturdy flatbed cart nearby, even when it is not put back in it's place. Very convenient for that large carload. I recommend Altamonte Simply Storage for your storage needs. I'd highly recommend simply safe storage. A+ service, and very clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Gilbert. Who went out of his way to help me and my family get the correct storage unit, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

First time stopping by and looking for information. I was greeted and helped by the store manager Gilberto Benitez. I was helped above and beyond, he was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and overall really represented the company’s customers service.nnI was coming in with both of my little ones so he made the process less hectic and chaotic as a mom pf toddlers.nI ended up renting a storage unit there.nIt was quick and easy!nnAgain thank you again for your help Gilberto!
