I love this place! This is my 6th year using this space and I’ve been a very active user since arriving here. The staff is incredible and personable and my relationship with them above all the amenities has kept me here from year to year. I use one of the air-conditioned units and it keeps my equipment safe and preserved and I’d recommend this space a thousand times over!
Amber is awesome and professional. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. Facility was nice and clean. Glad I chose this location
I enjoyed one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had when I rented a U-Haul from Personal Mini Storage. The managers, Amber and Seann, went out of their help to help me in every possible way. They were both professional, extremely personable and very caring. They helped me so much in my recent move and I would highly recommend this Forest City location as your first choice for moving and Storage. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Amber and Seann for everything!
Some of the nicest people I have met in a loooong time, Mimi made everything simple and helped with getting me boxes and everything I need for a move. I asked for a truck, she on it, ac storage? She has it. Very beautiful couple and will recommend this particular storage to anyone.
The owners are really great people. They will accommodate you as best they can. I rented the AC or Air Controlled unit which I feel was well worth it! I remember going through a really rough time but the owners were really empathetic and very professional which helped a lot especially in this day and age when great customer service is almost null and void with businesses these days.
