The young lady Miranda was so friendly not only to me but also to two of my kids I had with me. She explain everything to me in way I could understand. I really appreciate all her help.
I decided to move back home since my law school closed due to covid-19 and wasn’t sure when it was going to open again. They had the best offer l, pricing, and it was climate controlled for what I needed. I am graduating in a few weeks and from the moment I found them, the pricing, the staff (old and new)- everyone has been kind and everything has been professional. Payments were easy online and I never had any problems. Highly recommend them.
I have been renting space(s) for over a year now and have had nothing but good experiences here. Things are even better since Maranda became the manager. She runs a tight ship, the place is always clean and I feel safe knowing that she and her staff are watching the security cameras.
I've had a lot of storage units, and I can say that the service I received in the front office was awesome. She was positive, informative, helpful and made sure I knew exactly where my unit was. The building is beautiful and looks brand new. The entrance is a pretty sudden turn with a bit of a steepish driveway so just fyi. I am very satisfied with my experience.
Extra Space Storage was very convenient and also very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Based on my experience I will definitely use Extra Space Storage in the future.
