I went into WS today to purchase gifts for a friends birthday and Forrest was above and beyond in his customer service skills! He was amazing. I unfortunately forgot my WS credit card at home and he was able to look me up in the system and help me out despite being yelled at by a co-worker or manager who would rather embarrass him by telling him how he was doing it all wrong than teach him the proper way of looking up my card in the system. I am only giving this a 5 star review because I normally have a pleasant experience at this location and like I said, Forrest was AWESOME but I would have given this a 1 star if it was just that co-worker or manager I dealt with because she was just not pleasant in helping him.

Enjoyed talking with Daniel about cooking. He was knowlegeable a out the All-clad and other cookware. Nice selection of table and kitchenware. Spacious store, following covid protocols.

You should check your card actions evertime you shop there , due to the non professional staff member may double charge, charge and block your card, or telling your card declined but taking the amount ,, all happens there ,, Terrible attitude of staff members, that may reject giving service , shouting, refusing to call manager, making wrong transactions are all for William Sonoma/ Winter Park Orlando
