I actually worked at this store and I wanted to leave a good review on all employees. Especially the back end team. Management was awesome and extremely understanding, Marcel was always on top of things with deliveries and Lucy was very educated on our policies and could show you absolutely anything you needed to learn or know. This store is reliable and quick with everything they do. My time with them was phenomenal! Go fern park Lowe’s! 5 star recommendation for shopping and employment!
When you need something for the house or a small commercial project. They have it.
Went to the Fern Park location to pick up an order placed online. It was supposed to be a curbside pickup. I arrive for my curbside pickup and call the store as instructed. I called the number 3 times and each time the phone disconnects. So I call customer service hoping for better results. The phone rings nonstop. So I have to go inside to customer service to get my curbside pickup order. What good is curbside pickup if nobody ever answers the phone??? Horrible customer service!
I love this Lowes! The young man working in the garden center was very helpful in directing me to the right items. He even offered and helped me load everything into my car. I wish I would have gotten his name...very much appreciated!
No one even acknowledged the customer. When I asked for a cart and none available. The person, she did not help even ask one of the other associates for one. Instead she went to the garden center. She seemed very selective of who she wanted to help.nnGoing to another Lowe’s for service. You guys need to have everyone pitch in, if they’re just standing around, get them to get carts. I think the cart people were overwhelmed on a Saturday afternoon.
