Hudson my mother moved into assisted living today and she is in quarantine due to state covid requirements and she did not get any of her furniture delivered today AND she has nothing to sit on to eat on and no bed to lay her head on. i am outraged to say the very least. BEST BRING HER FURNITURE ON 9/27 /2020

Erik Smallwood and his guys really stepped up to help me out in a pinch. Nothing like having to furnish an entire apartment with 4 days notice and a tight budget! Ultra helpful listeners and for anyone needing fine quality furniture in a hurry...you can buy and walk of the store with your onsight purchases! Pure awesome, real gentlemen work here and I didn't have to do any heavy lifting. P.s. They do have the option to deliver as well! Will definitely do business with this establishment again. Thank you!

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! The absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Run as fast as you can from this store and it’s dishonest sales reps. We are going on 6 months waiting for a sectional. Every time we call for updates we are fed a different lie. Here is a good piece of advice when it it comes to customer service : don’t tell someone who has been treating patients on the front lines that “we have no idea what’s going on in the world right now” because of COVID. No sir, actually you don’t know what is going on in the world right now. I also didn’t appreciate your lame comment about “ this is furniture”. Yes, this is furniture. It’s not rocket science. I grew and birthed a human in not much more time than what it is taking for me to get a freaking sectional. How does that make sense?!! We have ordered dining sets, bedroom furniture, patio furniture all during COVID and every piece of furniture arrived on time. Everything but what we ordered from Hudson. So clearly this is a Hudson problem and not a COVID problem. At some point you’re gonna have to start looking for a different scape goat. Furthermore your customer service needs some serious work!

Wrote a poor review and they respond to please give us the order number so that they can correct the issue. They only thing they did was send it to the local store which is who I’ve been dealing with and am not pleased with their customer service.nnI was hopeful that a corporate person would respond with concern and care but that didn’t happen.nnIf I had been able to deal with the locals representative and resolve issue with positive results I never would have written a review. Even the regional rep was of little help.nnIf someone has a direct line for the corporate offices I would appreciate them sharing it with me.
