I spoke to Alexis C on the phone and she was very interested in my needs and able to answer all my questions. She gave me information on a purchase from long ago with her talented computer skills. I came to the store when she was out and briefly delt with another salesperson , who was less than enthusiastic to help me. He didn't even know what oak furniture looked like, was unable to pull up my other purchases on the computer; all in all very disappointing for a furniture salesperson. I made another trip from home to the store to have Alexis help me pick out a dresser. My final purchase was the dresser, and night stand . She didn't pressure me on the sale at all but was present when I had questions. I live minutes away from another store but will drive the 30 minutes to have Alexis C help me. She is very knowledgeable about her products and made suggestions that saved me money. She is the person you want to ask for if you want good furniture at a great price! Please ask for her.
Great deals and customer service, no pressure. Get the extended warranty. This location is closing in less than a week and remodeling to be come a luxury leather furniture and bed store gallery. Looking forward to checking it out when they reopen
Found two items we liked and got great pricing on both. Be sure to ask for their best price, not the first price. Service was efficient and pleasant, not pushy. They offered assistance when we walked in, said no thanks and they did not bother us until we asked for help. Overall, a good experience.
The first time i came in my service was wonderful. I was greeted by a couple who helped me with getting my bedroom set(I was super excited). The 2nd time I went in I went to buy a rug with a gift card I had received. Everything went okay...But I made small talk about how my dogs ruined my rug and the sales representative said this is probably the most expensive rug they will ruin... rude......ud83dude44. No sorry... my rug now is $500 thank you. Thank you for the wonderful service to the couple who served me the first time.
Great selection at great prices! No pushy sales people, but they definitely work with you. We got a great deal and didn't feel like I had to compromise on style or quality. Wish I had known about this place sooner!
