Very great customer service from the start. I purchased two lamps from here and Stephanie Bailey was very hands on and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Got a fireplace entertainment center needed help with fireplace because it wasn’t working so I call the store and spoke to a employee there and he assured me that he would come out to my house and bring me a new one next the he show up did a great job I really appreciate it this place is awesome
I wish I could put zero stars. Worst experience in a furniture store .nVery bad and rude customer service . I had to go back 3 times to the store to correct the bill for a mistake that they have done.nBe careful with what you are getting because all sales are final .nEven asked for store credit (not a refund) but the manager declined .nThink very well before you buy .
I'm only giving 1 star because I cannot go lower. While we do like our couch, we were treated so poorly both times we visited the store. The staff is rude and very unattentive. Again we like the piece we bought but for the money it's not worth it. We will not be repeat customers
Nice stuff overpriced but most furniture stores are that way. It took me 6 weeks to get some benches for a dinner table that was a bit taller I will NOT be back for a nicer sofa or bed...I can find better prices elsewhere.
