Amazing customer service!!! They know their products... They have almost everything in stock ready to take home immediately! The store display is outstanding. My daughter's first major purchase returning home from college and she's thrilled... Absolutely loves her futon!!!! It's study, beautiful design, great night's sleep!!! Definitely worth the price!!! And they didn't try to oversell us! Family owned and it shows!!!

I searched for 3 months before I purchase my futon mattress from Julie! She remembered me the moment when I entered the store and we quickly concluded my purchase. Great service and she even helped me put the mattress in my Jeep. Highly recommended!!!! Great price and great service..
I called them 4 years (!) after I bought my futon because I was having trouble closing it. They walked me through it over the phone, with incredible kindness and patience. I've been happy with my futon, and their customer service is out of this world.
