I could not have had a more pleasant and professional experience. Juan, salesperson was so helpful in suggestions and to stay in my budget. And made it so easy to order and get delivery. The delivery team--best experience I've ever had!! Took the plastic from new, wrapped up the other that I'm returning from a different company. Took an even older mattress and boxspring with them. Seamless and so courteous. Fantastic store.

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today. Nick was very helpful at explaining the mattresses and making sure that we were satisfied. We appreciated his genuine personality and non pushy demeanor. This was our first stop in our adjustable bed search and we quickly returned to purchase from him after a not so satisfying experience at their competitor. Can’t wait to for our new bed to be delivered this week.

We visited this store after a long and unsuccessful search for a good mattress. When we got there, their rep, Charles Witt was excellent. I like to sleep on a really soft mattress, but my girlfriend wanted a firm mattress. Charles had no problem helping us find one that fit both of our needs perfectly AND within our price range, which was very important to us because every other mattress store we shopped at tried to sell us mattresses we couldn't afford. Very happy we visited this store... A++

First time buying a nice bed as an adult. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful at staying within my budget and helping me pick out a bed that's right for my sleep needs. I didn't realize how much fun and sleepy I would get trying to pick out a bed (the sleepier you are when you get off of a bed, the more likely that bed is right for you ud83dude06).
