We are very glad we chose Glen Haven for our son's forever home in 2005. Since then they keep everything well taken care of and help us with any questions we had so far over the years. A Special Thank you for the grounds keepers for keeping everything nice and clean.
Update. I appreciate the quick response from Glen Haven. It seems that the issue may have been resolved. I will be visiting the site this weekend and will update my response.n......nnMy mother passed away on May 7, 2020 and was buried next to my Dad a few days later. Dad passed away in 1993 so the plot had been there - with the expenses paid - for quite some time. It is February 7, 2020 as I write this so 9 months have gone by. My mother's marker has still not been placed. We've had excuse after excuse. I would be very cautious about using this company.
My mother was buried here 40 years ago and I have never seen the grass around plots so POORLY maintained. I visit every two months and it's gotten worse over the last year. Not sure what the problem is but needs to be resolved soon. * Have just revisited and problem continues*
After almostl10 years of having my father-in-law buried at the cemetery I am disgusted every time I have to come to his resting place. The pine bushes that are around stone are never taken care of and it seems to be a racial issue because I have requested several times that the dead horrible Pine hedges around his Tombstone be replaced. I have spoken with office help who seems to be more interested in selling me another plot then to listening to what I'm actually saying.
