We used them in October 4, 2020 for our move and, and Careful Hands Moving Company damaged a buffet and a bed. We contacted them with pictures, and they hired an external company to estimate/fix the damage. Careful Hands Moving Company did not want to pay for the external company to fix our items so they asked us a reimbursement price for the damage. We agreed on an amount for the damage and they said they send a check. Every time we called they said they would have a check sent to us within a few weeks. We’ve emailed and called for a status and continue to receive the same response “we’ll get a check out to you.” As of today, April 6, 2021, we still have not received the reimbursement for the damage to our furniture. Would not recommend using them ever again. They are liars and not decent people. Stay away.

100 % satisfied!! Showed up on time. Worked very hard and quickly got me moved. Friendly and professional. Their rates were fair. I cannot say enough about what a great job guy did!!!

Excellent in every way. They arrived on time (even a little early!). They worked, nonstop until they were done, on the hottest day of the year.nEven though we only paid for two people, Chad (the owner) came and lent a hand at the destination, to help the two guys unload. He didn't have to, and that's what's really impressive. He's a good businessman, and a good boss. They finished faster than I expected. Highly recommended!

Beyond 5 STARS!!!! David & Chad were extraordinarily efficient with their time, assistance and my wife and I could not be more pleased. They had to dissemble a very difficult master bed and reassemble where others required special help. They did so without a blink. Most importantly they made the best use of the time moving lots of heavy furniture with gentle care. There was zero slacking, no complaining, no cigarette breaks... just muscle that kept moving forward. I will never need another mover as long as I have these guys at my call. Thank you Careful Hands Team!! You guys truly ROCK!!

Very pleased with this moving company! My mom had alot of breakable items and old furniture that has been moved alot over the years. Everything was packed and unloaded at her new place without anything getting damaged. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
