Salesperson I spoke with was not rude, just overly pushing and a bit too aggressive with trying to get the sale. Again not rude, just didn't dig the vibe in there. Ending up buying from a different company in fort walton.
We had a fantastic experience! Jordan was so wonderful and his knowledge was beyond excellent. My husband came in prepared after doing a ton of research and Jordan was spot on with everything. The selection is small but they offer in store ordering and free delivery, set up and old mattress removal. Great place! Go check them out!

Bad customer service for already bought products. They ignore your calls and messages. Certain people(Jordan)show good customer service before you purchase, but after that they totally ignore you if you have any problem with the item. And yes I agree with others, owner's daughter is totally rude.
Had a great trip to this place. Jordan's help with assistaning me in my journey to find a suitable mattress was just out of this world. His knowledge about there products was amazing. Definitely the spot to go for mattresses and sleep assessories in the panhandle area.
