I am very pleased with my purchase! Jazzie Rae’s was able to accommodate our needs when other furniture stores were not. LOVE the mattress they suggested. They were honest and didn’t sell the most expensive but the most comfortable. The delivery guys were on time, kind, and respectful. The experience was pleasant from beginning to end!
I was able to get what I wanted without having to come in because of my busy schedule. I was approved for lease immediately and my choices were delivered within 1 week. The delivery men were efficient and sweet as pie. They had me up and relaxing in no time. I had an overall great experience.
The place was very well set up. It was so hard to choose furniture because there were so many beautiful selection. Customer service was great! Even with my kids running through the store, she was very polite, humorous, and professional! I will return in the near future for more pieces!!!
I would highly recommend! Great customer service from Macy in the store. Looked at multiple furniture stores and came back to purchase our beautiful couch and love seat. Furniture was in stock and delivered exactly when they promised. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
The staff at Jazzi Rae’s helped me so much when I came into their store in search of a bookshelf. They showed me different items available online, and even communicated with their FWB location to show me one they had in their showroom. When the item was delivered they took the time to make sure I liked my bookshelf and the way it was placed in my home. Finding this bookshelf was meant to be and I absolutely love it!
