We bought almost an entire bedroom's worth of new furniture and five mattresses, and are very happy with the excellent customer service we received from the owner, as well as the products. She was helpful and communicative throughout the process, as well as gave us a great deal for the amount of items we purchased. She even went so far as to help us put together the bed, which in my experience is above and beyond what most stores will offer you. Would highly recommend this business!
I just recently purchased a king size cool gel memory foam mattress from them and I am sleeping better than ever and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Not only did it cost a fraction of what the competition wanted but the owner was very diligent in getting me financed and even delivered to me on the very same day that I purchased. Thanks Mattress World for your hard work and excellent customer service and I'll be back soon for that adjustable bed!
Great place to finance beds! Owner is very nice and attentive. These negative reviews make no sense. They are just angry, because they don't understand what financing means. Educate yourself people before you finance, so you have no surprises for crying out loud.
The experience was great! I shopped 3 other stores before this one and it was so nice to see someone honest that actually wanted to help. Then delivered the same day!
