This review is about the management of the store. I ended up having an incident with them, and the manager Ben took care of everything. He was very responsive and true to his word. I am very impressed with how they handle themselves and if you’re looking for good people, I recommend starting here.
I found the perfect mattress here. I thought 3 to 4 weeks was a long time to wait, but its not in their control. After 4 weeks, its still not here. I decided to wait and see if it shows up on the next delivery. If not I said I would like to cancel and find something else, as that particular mattress company is having issues. I was told no problem, if I decided to cancel they would reimburse me immediately. Because they didn't hassle me, and are so willing to return my money, I decided I would give it a couple more weeks.nI also ordered a bed and dresser from Ashley furniture. I've waited 4 weeks, delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, and now they tell me 3 more weeks! I told them the same thing, I would like to cancel and find something else, they want to charge me 25% to cancel, which is 500$! I will never do business with them again!
Very knowledgeable staff, ask for Greg! He did a great job at educating us on not only mattresses but pillows as well! Would recommend to anyone needing either one!
Always helpful and courteous. They keep beds in a local warehouse so you can usually get your bed delivered quickly. Been in several times over the years and they will continue to be my shop for any future needs.
Awesome customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the various mattresses and patient with our son who came with us. Staff was great at making sure we were accommodated and our needs met. Definitely recommend this as your place to get your next mattress/bed.
