Judy at Carpet City was extremely helpful and patient with my mom. We live in another state and she needed new flooring for her condo. The one my mom picked out was backordered and we needed to change the floor due to my schedule to be able to take her. Judy went above and beyond to make my mom happy. Scott and Bruno pulled up carpet and installed the new floor. They had several issues along the way, but took their time to make sure it was done right. Very satisfied with everyone involved!

Inept businessnnthey don't care about their customers only making the sale. They sent the wrong carpet the wrong size and overcharged me and all of it was my fault according to them.even the installers will tell you that when they make a mistake it's going to be the customers fault and half the timethe workers have no information about which carpet and the size.nUsed carpet Warehouse . Great job efficient and competent business. Do not use carpet City
