George Philpot is our kind of salesperson. No BS with him. Sells the positives of the product and has a nice delivery. The sectional we picked out should fit perfectly.
We bought a U style sectional in October from Haverty’s and they said due to COVID it could take around 12 weeks. We completely understood and the end of December rolls around and still no couch. Okay, annoying but whatever. January comes and goes, no couch. February comes and the last week in February we receive 2 of the 3 sections of the couch. Where is the last you ask? That’s a great question. It’s one they couldn’t answer either. We wait a month and it’s well into March before we finally get it. every week we kept getting a notification that the last portion was getting delivered, and each time it would get cancelled. I understand that it’s not the sales reps fault, but even their manager couldn’t figure out where our couch was and why it kept being scheduled then cancelled. We had over 7 cancellations.we were considering finishing the set, but after dealing with horrible communication, shipping issues, we will not be going through this company again. They do not care about you as a customer.
I love Jonna! She is the reason I come back to Havertys. She always helps me find what I need and best fits my home.
