The company is not trustworthy. They don't discuss the price for the delivery with customer properly. Never pick up the phone and make an attempt to help out with the payment if not received. We are still missing the payment for the delivery we made in the most professional manner and there is still no payment for it.
Don't review many, give credit where it is due, but also have to call you out when it was a fail. Booking seemed easy, contract, and coordination and of course taking my money. My bike was never picked up and I was never even contacted. I called the day of and after, one time in 15 calls did someone answer. Said they were tracking it down. That was over two weeks now. I have emailed and called with no response. Booking last minute with another company cost me double. Will never use this company again.

Great and timely service from start to finish, and the price was right. They were very communicative, and in a timely fashion, with all of my questions, as I had never had a bike shipped to me before this. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
First Moto Transport was extremely easy to work with. I needed my bike shipped from FL to NJ and gave them short notice of a 2 day window I had to drop off my bike, and they accommodated all of my needs. Mike set a delivery goal of 3-4 days after we handed him the bike, but ended up being able to get it to us in 2 days. Highly recommend them!
